Hey, I'm Jay. I grew up on the west coast of Canada loving nature walks, technology, and mint chocolate ice cream. When I reached high school, I expanded my appreciation to include friends, mountain biking, and photography.

Over the past few years I broadened my skills from exclusively still photographs to video productions. I worked in artistic storytelling, made corporate visual presentations, and created event highlight videos. Marathon video editing sessions during my employment as a summer camp videographer (3 years in a row!) only served to increase my enthusiasm for this medium.

I'm excited to continue capturing special moments for people and organizations through both photography and videography. More than a job, making media of all sorts is my favourite way to express creativity, emotion, and my enthusiasm for living.
